We want you to be happy with anything you buy from Big Maggy’s. If something isn't right, get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it out.

Our online store currently operates on a Click & Collect basis only. We do not offer delivery or shipping.

Cancelling an online order

Orders placed through our website are covered by the Distance Selling (Jersey) Law 2007.

For most products, you can cancel your online order at any point before collection and for up to 7 working days after the day you receive the goods.

If you would like to cancel, simply email sales@bigmaggys.com with your name and order number and let us know.

If you haven't collected the order yet, we'll arrange the appropriate refund to your original payment method.

Changed your mind after collection?

If you've already collected your order and wish to cancel within the applicable distance-selling cancellation period, please contact us first.

You're responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they're in your possession and for returning them to us at:

Big Maggy’s
IFC 5, The Esplanade
St Helier, Jersey
JE2 3BY

As we're a Click & Collect store, goods can normally simply be returned to us in person during our opening hours.

Please bring your order confirmation or other proof of purchase with you.

Bikes

We understand that buying a bike is a little different from buying a T-shirt.

Bikes may need to be assembled, safety checked, adjusted and set up for you before collection. If you decide to cancel your online bike order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you've already collected the bike, please take reasonable care of it while deciding whether to keep it. You're welcome to inspect the bike as you reasonably would before purchasing it in a shop, but please don't use it beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it if you intend to return it.

This does not affect your rights if there is a fault with the bike.

Special orders & personalised products

The legal right to cancel does not apply in every circumstance. In particular, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the normal distance-selling cancellation right.

If you're ordering something that we believe falls into this category, we'll aim to make this clear before we proceed with the order.

A product being ordered specially for you does not automatically mean that your consumer cancellation rights disappear, and nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If something you've bought from us is faulty, damaged, not as described or we've supplied the wrong item, please get in touch.

We'll inspect the product and work with you to put things right in accordance with your statutory rights. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement or refund.

Any manufacturer's warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and doesn't replace our responsibilities to you as the retailer.

Warranty & normal wear

Bikes and cycling equipment contain components which naturally wear through use. Things such as chains, cassettes, chainrings, brake pads, tyres, bearings and other consumable components may require replacement as part of normal maintenance.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, neglect, misuse or damage caused by inadequate maintenance would not normally constitute a product fault.

However, we'll always assess an issue fairly, and this does not limit any statutory rights you may have.

Refunds

Where a refund is due, we'll refund the appropriate amount to the original payment method.

We'll process refunds as promptly as reasonably possible. Your bank or payment provider may then take additional time to show the funds in your account.

Sale items

Buying something in a sale does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

Online sale purchases have the same applicable cancellation rights as other online purchases unless a specific legal exception applies.

If an item has been reduced because of a particular fault or imperfection which was clearly brought to your attention before purchase, you cannot later treat that particular disclosed issue as a fault.

In-store purchases

This policy primarily covers orders placed through our website.

Purchases made entirely in store are different from online purchases and do not automatically have the same change-of-mind cancellation rights.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of Jersey consumer law.

Need some help?

Just talk to us. We'd much rather sort something out quickly than make returns complicated.

Wilier BIKE RAVE SLR ID2 FORCE XPLR E1 1X13 GRAAF AERO48 F-BAR BYTE CREAM Large

Season:2027

Brand:Wilier

Code:E628F4G4V13

A New Dimension in Gravel Racing

Rave SLR ID2 elevates the concept of gravel racing.

This completely new, fast, versatile and fun bike draws inspiration from the previous model, but is designed with pure off-road racing in mind.

It is an aesthetic manifesto, a tribute to the raw, rebellious energy of underground culture and to the timeless aesthetics of the 1980s and ’90s: acid colours that beat to the rhythm of a rave party, feisty lines that conjure up a sense of pure speed, and a design that defies convention.

SPEED — Velocity and Responsiveness

Months of work in the wind tunnel and simulator to devise conceptually new tubes that reduce air resistance and improve off-road efficiency at higher speeds.

At 35 km/h, there is an instant saving of 5.3 watts. By translating this output into an average power of 350 watts (as measured by our athletes during races) over a 70 km route, the advantage results in a saving of over 50 seconds.

SLR carbon frame: Optimised structure offering the optimal rigidity-to-weight ratio, ensuring responsiveness and control on all terrains.

Due to its high-modulus carbon frame, its optimised aerodynamics and its racing geometry, the Rave SLR ID2 delivers direct and effective power transmission. Perfect for those competing on the UCI Gravel Series circuit or for those who simply want the best in terms of performance.

SPACE — Freedom and Versatility

Clearance of up to 52 mm: Extra space for wider tyres, increasing comfort and grip also on technical terrain.

Extensive compatibility, with tyres of up to 52 mm in width, makes it possible to take on any challenge, from light gravel to rough dirt roads.

Space means freedom: choose your route without constraints.

SMILE — Fun, Style and Accessibility

Speeding off-road is like experiencing a rush of pure adrenaline. And doing it in full control, with a bike that doesn’t go unnoticed, makes it all the more exciting.

The next-generation Rave SLR is available from €4,400. An interesting positioning, with highly competitive specifications mixed with four original colourways that make it accessible to a wider audience, without renouncing the cycling quality of a top-of-the-range Wilier bike.

Now with Aerokit

In gravel racing, nothing is left to chance.

Now, with Aerokit, integration reaches a new level: a hydration system designed to optimise the bike’s aerodynamic efficiency without compromising its aesthetics — because aerodynamics and design do not exclude one another; they define one another.

Developed by Wilier Triestina’s Innovation Lab together with The Grip team and refined through wind tunnel testing, Aerokit functions as a true aerodynamic component, helping to stabilise airflow around the frame and significantly reducing turbulence compared to traditional systems.

With a total capacity of 1100 ml, Aerokit is designed to form an integral part of the bike, while still allowing the use of a traditional round bottle.

F Bar Aero Handlebar

A clean, minimalist design to reduce wind turbulence and improve aesthetics, in pure Wilier style.

The F Bar handlebar is made of monocoque carbon and features a redesigned shape compared to the Filante Bar, with a weight of 380 grams.

F Bar, like the other monocoque handlebars in the Wilier range, is also compatible with our other premium bikes and available in two sizes.

Brand New Miche Graff Aero 48

Precision, control and raw speed.

The three top-of-the-range Rave SLR ID2 set-ups come with the new Miche Graff Aero 48, the carbon wheels engineered for top-level gravel racing.

A wheelset that pushes the boundaries of performance, reliability, and control — across all types of terrain. Every aspect is designed for riders with a racing mindset: athletes for whom every second, every turn, every watt counts.

In Line with Trends

Compatible with 1x groupsets and the UDH® dropout — future-proof compatibility, in line with the latest trends from transmission manufacturers.

The First Fusion Setup Is Born

With the début of the first Fusion Setup, the Rave SLR ID2 range expands its offering by enhancing its more road-oriented vocation.

Fusion does not identify a new model nor a new product category, but a dedicated setup.

This platform gives shape to an interpretation of gravel, conceived to best express its performance on the road, without sacrificing the versatility that distinguishes it.

A Setup with a More Road-Oriented Soul

Miche Kleos RD wheels with a 62 mm profile, Vittoria Corsa PRO Control Tubeless Ready 40 mm tyres, and SRAM Force XPLR AXS groupset with power meter.

All paired with a single-chainring (1x) aero drivetrain.

With Fusion, Wilier introduces a new setup philosophy that blends different worlds to offer a riding experience capable of adapting to every route. The result is a clear, performance-oriented identity.

The Rave SLR ID2 Fusion is the first expression of this vision.

Gravel Racing Geometry

Compact wheelbase and short rear triangle for fast acceleration; balanced angles for precise, safe handling, especially off-road.

Design and Style: The 1990s Touch

Rave SLR ID2 is not just a high-performance bike — it is a visual statement inspired by the energy of underground culture and the digital icons of the 1990s.

Its aesthetics combine pixelated elements with bold colours to create a unique identity.

Glitch Black — The Black That Breaks the Code

A sophisticated jet black, with exposed carbon fibres and chrome graphic details evocative of digital glitches.

This colour, reflecting feistiness, elegance and technology, is ideal for lovers of minimalist aesthetics yet with a rebellious soul. Glitch Black is the perfect choice for those seeking a pure, timeless racing look.

Pixel Green — The Colour of Pure Energy

A bright, vibrant green inspired by the fluorescent pixels of CRT screens and the laser beams of rave parties.

Pixel Green stands for speed, visibility and boldness. Perfect for those seeking to dominate gravel routes with a distinctive and modern style.

Neon Purple — A Nod to Electronic Nights

This electric purple colourway nods to the neon lights of futuristic cities and to nights spent in underground clubs.

Neon Purple defies convention, celebrating freedom and creativity. It is designed for cyclists who wish to stand out with a distinctive, unconventional colourway.

Byte Cream — High-Definition Vintage

A modern retro style, with cream and deep red accents inspired by the early computers and consoles of the 1980s and ’90s.

Refined yet impactful, this is a tribute to the timeless vintage aesthetic that characterised an era.
