If you rely on your bike to get you to and from work, or you regularly push your bike (and yourself) to the limits during races, it is extremely important that your bike is well maintained.  As a well maintained bike will perform at its best and will also be a more enjoyable ride.

Big Maggys has a professionally trained mechanic who is qualified to work on your bike.  If you’re after a minor adjustment or a major overhaul, just let us know and we’ll take a look.

We offer two levels of service packages, silver and gold, which both offer peace of mind to cyclists who aren’t able to carry out any bike maintenance themselves.  We also carry out stand alone jobs – for known bike issues.

Big Maggys Silver Service Package

This is a general check over of your bike and is recommended every 3 – 9 months, dependent on usage. For this we will charge you £35.00 + any materials or replacement parts agreed.

Big Maggys Gold Service Package

This involves stripping your bike down to the frame and its components for a full service.  This is recommended every 12 – 18 months, dependent on usage.  For this we will charge you £70.00 + any materials or replacement parts agreed.

Free of Charge Service – On all new bikes bought from Big Maggys

During the first few weeks of riding your new bike, parts of the bike tend to work their way loose and out of alignment.  This is perfectly normal, but if not looked at and adjusted will lead to your bike not performing as it should.
