Sore Legs and a Day Off
I sold my Cervelo RS yesterday! Shame to see it go but a fair price fetched. As a result I had to ride my S3 out training this weekend – what a hardship I hear you say! I’m not sure what it is about that S3 but when I get on it I feel like Superman – I’m going to wear my pants over my shorts from now on whenever I ride it – don’t fret.. It won’t be a regular this as very shortly she will be giving way to a new super-machine of choice; can you guess what it may be … Hmm, Wilier Cento Uno SL or Argon 18 Gallium Pro? The debate rolls on but it will be finalised either way next week.
Some things I can say for sure however are:
1. I will have a new ‘Blue’ bike to ride – should be here tomorrow and will replace my RS
2. My legs are really f***ed after yesterday and today, 5.5 hours with calfboy over two days is fun but not really…
3. I’m taking a day off today for the first time in a month and Im going to just lie on the couch like a vegetable and watch the Andy Murray match!
4. Ali’s new Pinnarello Dogma is sex on wheels… Sheer bike porn!
