Lazy Sunday Afternoon…… not around here

A cold morning with the juniors at the track this morning followed by a very welcome coffee at the Watersplash (just to thaw out my fingers) and a steady paced ride across the top of the rock to home. A spot of lunch and the bike repairs started. Susan’s list of jobs followed by my own and Gemma popped in too so I could show her how to NOT use WD40 on her bike and clean and lube the drive set correctly. Throw into this a couple of hours at Big Maggys with the Moffs (who had ben severely stretched by Mr Le Cocq this morning ) to discuss painting, decorating and the counter area and my day was pretty well full.
It is now approaching 11pm and the calls from my wife are getting louder but the call from my bike is still overriding as I have to fix it in order to be able to train tomorrow. A 1pm meeting with Leo is looking shaky unless I can get my DI cables, SRM magnet and chainset back on and working. The choice is thus, pissed off Mrs but fixed bike and stress free morning (late night) or pacified Mrs and run about like a Meerkat on acid in the morning (stressful). Comments and votes please.
