Getting Close
In a weeks time we will be leaving the rock with the ‘Team Car’ loaded with bikes, spares, tools, flapjacks & coffee, and a whole load of cautious anticipation. 1200 miles in 13 days isn’t so bad if you say it quickly but the route has been revealed in a bit more detail and a few more hills included. Apparently a valley is just a shallow up-hill or a shallow down-hill, the difference being which way one is travelling. I have a nasty feeling we will be doing a lot of the former type. My theory is based on water flow and the fact that it flows towards the sea whilst most of our ‘valley’ work will be away from the sea hence up-hill. Prayers can be said for me at any good church, donations can be left to assist at nigelmansellcyclechallenge
Watch this space for more info over the coming days, you will also find me on Twitter (@bigmaggys) and Leo & Greg also (@leomansell, @mansell50).
