Possibly one of the coolest applications around or serious cyclists (not sure why Im using it!) check out Garmin Connect
You can upload your rides an view them with power data and in graph format and your coach can login and read or download the data for analysis. Pretty cool and only about $8 bucks a month. Good way to back up your historic training data too!
