For Sale

It is with great sadness that I must announce the imminent ‘For Saleness’ of my beloved frames. Many of you will know that the two makes of frame I have ridden for the last three years are Felt and Cervelo. You will also have read in these pages and those of Moffs (‘Moffaman’ makes him sound like a guy who wears his underpants outside his Lycra skinsuit), that despite our friendship with Bob and Russ, Big Maggys will not be ‘stocking’ those brands. As I am a firm believer in practice what you preach or ‘ride what you sell’, I will be selling a 2009 Felt F1 SL, a 2007 Felt F1, a 2008 Felt F75 and a 2007 Cervelo P3. All four frames are a 56cm and all are in immaculate condition. I also have a selection of 7800, 7900 and DI2 groupsets components and a range of Zipp wheels if anyone wants a complete bike. When the Big Maggys website goes live in the new year it is intended to have a Tried & Tested section for us to sell any demonstrator bikes, used bikes or in exceptional circumstances trade-ins so if I haven’t sold it all by then you probably wont find it on Ebay.
Some of you will be asking, like i did, will Susan be selling her collection of Cervelo frames too? The answer was put to me like this – ‘well darling, if you and Moffs are going to pay for my new frames then I may consider it.’ So the answer is No then. Moffs and I are always open to negotiation and a deal but we are not a charity.
