Arrived back home last evening after 14 hours of travelling. The house was freezing so the central heating has been going full blast for the last 24 hours to try to warm the stonework back up. Jersey Gas will be rubbing their greedy little hands together.

Rode this morning for the first time in a number of weeks. Just five of us in the cold and wet managed just over two hours of steady work. Not feeling that great in myself as had trouble breathing and clearing nose & throat. I think I may have caught a bug on the aeroplane yesterday. I managed to meet with Moffs & a painter in Big Maggys this afternoon to get an idea of time and cost for the ‘paint out’. Time for some more quotes. A very swift catch up with Moffs as he dashed of to lunch and the rest of the day has been spent doing stuff – garden, correspondence etc.

Flying tomorrow all day and hoping to get back into the swing of everything Big Maggys as of my first break between flights.
